This is the operating promise for the Term0 gateway during founder alpha. A formal policy will precede paid launch.
What the gateway does not retain
Term0 does not persist prompt text, response text, uploaded content, tool arguments, tool results, conversation history, authorization headers, or raw API keys in gateway logs or usage records.
What the gateway measures
To operate and protect the service, Term0 records the customer key ID, timestamp, API route, model alias, token counts, response status, latency, and whether a response streamed. These records do not contain message content.
Where conversation history lives
Context remains in your client or application. Each request includes whatever history you choose to send. Term0 does not create a separate server-side conversation thread.
Infrastructure processing
Requests are processed transiently by the infrastructure needed to route and run inference. The no-retention promise above describes the Term0 gateway. Paid launch will include the complete list of subprocessors and their applicable terms.
Term0 account data
Account creation uses Sign in with ChatGPT to confirm your identity. Term0 receives a Site-specific user ID, authenticated email address, and an optional display name. Term0 does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. We store the account identifier, email, optional name, verification time, and account timestamps so access belongs to one durable identity.
Founder request data
A Founder request stores the verified Term0 account ID, authenticated email address, the use-case note you submit, review status, and request timestamps. One active request is allowed per account. New applications are delivered to a restricted Term0 staff channel for review. That information is used only to review, contact, and support prospective Term0 customers. It is not sold or used to train a model.
Sign-in cookies
ChatGPT and the Sites platform operate the sign-in flow and its authentication cookies. Term0 uses the trusted identity headers supplied after sign-in and does not create a separate password database.
